Contact our team for WhatsApp Business setup. We will discuss your business number, onboarding requirements, messaging needs, availability and pricing. WhatsApp is arranged with our team rather than enabled automatically when you create an SMS workspace. SMS credits apply to SMS only.
Yes. Request a sender ID from your workspace; it can be up to 11 characters long. It becomes available after provider approval and activation by Nisend. Where a platform default sender is available, you can use it while your own request is reviewed.
Nisend uses prepaid SMS credits. Your Buy SMS page shows the current rate, any applicable volume tier, the number of credits you will receive and the total before checkout. Each workspace has its own balance.
Choose Mobile Money, Selcom Pesa or TANQR at checkout. TANQR includes a QR code and pay-bill number. Your workspace receives its credits once the payment is confirmed.
Long messages and some characters, including emojis, can require multiple SMS segments. Line breaks and spaces count too. The composer shows a character count and SMS estimate as you type; a bulk send also depends on the number of unique recipients.
No. Queued means the message is waiting to be submitted. Sent means the provider has accepted it and a final delivery outcome is still pending. Delivered and Failed reflect the reported final outcome. Delivery reports can arrive after the handset receives the SMS.
Yes. Create a workspace API key to send single or bulk SMS, estimate credits, check your balance and read message statuses. Configure a webhook to receive status changes, and inspect API requests and webhook delivery attempts in your workspace. Our public documentation includes code examples and a copy-for-LLM option.
